The first few houses and initial portion of road and cycle path here are now constructed and should be surveyable.

Not sure if the speed limit here is correct, from memory the 50 extends further but is not clearly signed

Road layout around this area seems to be overcomplicated, e.g., trunk links joining opposite sides of the road, up to six lanes on some of the roads. I think the intention was to detail lane directions which should be done with the turn tag instead.

However, updating it would require considerations, e.g., making sure the relations are updated. I feel like this would be quite a complicated task.

Is this land scheduled for construction? I see test dig lines criss-crossing it in Bing imagery, like for other active construction sites.
