CR 9 from Clayton, Ontario, Canada to the 511 (Tatlock Road) is paved and has been for at leat 5 years. OpenStreetMap sees it as unpaved.

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

According to ESRI World Imagery, Mapbox Satellite and Bing aerial Imagery on Sunnidale Road, there is a bridge over Highway 400. Imagery does show that houses were demolished on either side of the highway. (or maybe the bridge was demolished and houses were built)
