Kevin, Omaha boundary relation is no longer closed. There are at least two spots that are broken. Can you take a look?

Stretch, there are two broken relations. The farmyard relation/13934111, and Abbott Estates relation/13933839. There are many relations sharing pieces of highway. Might be easier to simplify many of the relations and make them independent ways. There is also a baseball field, playground, church and school with layer=1 tags.

way/1040681086 isn't closed. you could just remove it from the relation (and delete it), and then extend way/1040681089 to cover the rest of the parking.
