Maybe running josm validation after you make your atlaschecks fixes should be done as a double check for items like this.

There are some problems with the golf course you've mapped. Can you look into fixing them?
here are some of the issues:
- relation/13659084 is a broken (unclosed rings) relation.
- rough is tagged as buildings. why?
- cart paths should be routable not areas
- generic things (like hazard) don't need labels
- there are several duplicate nodes - so things are not connected
- there are highways that have duplicate segments
- roads should not be connected to buildings
- there are intersecting highways without crossing nodes

Thanks for mapping the course, it's a good addition. And thanks for using the right imagery, and also feathering the fairways into the greens. Good work. Hopefully you can make the other corrections and use them in future golf course mapping! Kev, adding way/1017472245 didn't include adding it to Ekland PA boundary relation. fixed it.
