I think the railway=tram was accidently changed to a manmade=pipeline. As for the crossing, I think should either be surface asphalt, or cut it into three sections, two asphalt and one concrete . Also, the intersection of the crossing with the tram should be a node, railway=tram_level_crossing

Sansom and 4th crossing has a surface of concrete? but 4th has a surface of asphalt.

The outline for the college seems to need updating. Looks like it includes a garage/mechanic next door. Also, some buildings may be vacant. thx.

No worries about the caps, just want to make sure conventions are understood. Another convention is to expand abbreviations, for example, West Maryland Avenue (not W or Ave). I think it's up to the osm client to present and differentiate addresses. You would just need to add more details, like city (or county, state, etc)

Aleh, can you look at the streetside imagery for this street? It seems to show "Place" and not "Street". Also, all the houses from city data are Place, so now they are out-of-synch with your change. Here is a link to the imagery:
