Hello! I was trying to get ballot drop boxes added to the map and there's an entry that claims one at "Arapahoe County Fairgrounds". I have scoured various streetlevel and aerial imagery but cannot find it. Any chance you remember seeing one?

Hello! I've been adding ballot drop boxes in Arapahoe county and was greatly helped by the one you added here (node/9857971901/history#map=19/39.595986/-104.735573) I have adjusted the tagging slightly but wanted to let you know I bumped into it! Happy mapping! Matt

Really nice work! Even got the comms tower!

Hello! Thanks for adding this to the map. It's great to see these get in even before we have updated imagery. Always lovely. One bit of improvement (that is a bit counterintuitive) is that street names in OSM are always expanded from their abbreviations. W 161 St -> West 161st Street. This helps downstream software in various ways. osm.wiki/Abbreviations I have updated the once here. Definitely reach out if you have any questions. Happy mapping!

If you happen upon more of these, I've been using the sport=water_ski tag to help differentiate them from other lakes. A super interesting find for sure!

This data all appears to be originally licensed under CC4.0 which is, sadly, incompatible with ODbL. https://blog.openstreetmap.org/2017/03/17/use-of-cc-by-data/ Unless Robert has gotten explicit permission from the original source, this should be reverted.

I was adding the ballot drop box at city hall and notice your collection of great additions! Nice work!

Awesome. Thanks for the quick reply!
Oh yeah, no problem. No rush on my side. They aren't causing me any issues. Just curiosity. I will await more info.
Gotcha. No problem. I'll clean 'em up if I get a chance.
I was curious what was the idea with relation/11207531/history I've not seen anything like it. Maybe an experiment that didn't pan out? hmmm
Thanks for updating this! Heading to check it out with kiddo today.
Unrelated to tagging and I see they were added earlier but RE: turning_circle nodes. If there's a planter or other feature in the middle of a cul-de-sac end, I usually draw the way around and use highway=turning_circle nodes for cases when there's only pavement.
RE: way/626017907/ I've been leaving these these kinds of ways unnamed. It avoids routing directions like "turn onto Foo St from Foo St".
If you want to be super specific you can split this way way/1010397291/history where the sidewalks have been added and have "sidewalk=both" only for the portion where the secondary footways haven't been added yet.
You may also want to join the Trails Working Group to discuss more ways we can get things like this sorted for everyone. More info here: https://openstreetmap.us/our-work/trails/
You'll want to revert the deletions and use access= tagging to correct those paths. The Trail Working Group has a good write up about things they've learned and, unfortunately, deletions are almost universally problematic. osm.wiki/United_States/Trail_Access_Project Definitely reach out if you have any questions.

Hello! Another user (ferog_v) is doing boundary updates and hit conflicts with their edit. I have tried to sort it out but it's possible that I may have mismerged something you were updating here and I would love if you could take a quick look. Here's the changeset in question: changeset/151649332
