Hello! The address data feed in Rapid currently has some issues which is why these all end up as addr:city=Unincorporated. If you know the actual city address it would be great to get that patched up. Details here: https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/esri-address-feed-update-has-some-issues/103132

Hello! There's been an update to the address data feed and it's not.. optimal at this time. May want to take a few days off from it. Details: https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/esri-address-feed-update-has-some-issues/103132

Hello! There's currently an issue with the data feed you're using for address data. More info here: https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/esri-address-feed-update-has-some-issues/103132

This one should be better. Thanks again!
Oh no! Thanks you for pointing this out!! I'll review this one and the other changesets I made for this class of issue. I appreciate the heads up.
Some of these have "addr:unit=Apartment". Do you know if that means something specific to this area or is it a data issue of some kind?
Bah, this one got away from me. Sorry for the huge bbox.
This should say WV for West Virginia. Apologies.
Hilariously enough this revert caught this place node that actually does have the name Pond! node/153647080/history I've patched it up as part of a bigger cleanup but thought you may find it amusing.

Stumbled on some of your edits while doing another project. Great work around Alleman!
whoops, meant this to be a couple of state edits but used Upload and not Upload Selection. Sorry for the huge bbox.
Oh perfect. Thanks for the response! I see a another set of Hawaii mapping happening using the OSM US task manager[1]. Are there any other areas that need more particular attention at this time?
Hello! If you're using the arcgis data linked above, have you confirmed that it is license compatible with OSM? I don't immediately see an appropriate license but maybe I missed it.
Funny enough, wife and I used the data here to pick a restaurant this evening. Thanks for doing the update!
No worries! We're all out here doing our best. Definitely let me know if you have questions. Kai and I are also in the OSMUS Slack where we coordinate a lot of our mapping.
| 97199439 | Got it. We've built some tools that are somewhat sophisticated for matching GNIS records with OSM objects and noticing things that are amiss. We've done some small scale MR tasks with them to help develop the tech and see how painful things are. We have yet to do QA en masse but I'm excited to do that in the nearish future. @watmildon/diary/401085

Do you happen to know which map roulette task this was? It seems to have left a wake of OSM items with 2 different GNIS identifying fields (ex: gnis:feature_id and ndh:gnis_id)
Got it. We have some semi sophisticated GNIS matching QA tools I'm eventually going to unleash against the DB to make identifying this kind of thing a bit easier.
Hello! I've been cleaning up GNIS identifiers[1] and noticed a few cases where it appears the incorrect ID has been tagged on a waterway. This changeset adds "gnis:feature_id=01507072" to Smith Creek but that's the identifier for North Fork Wilson Creek. I'm using the GNIS National File as my data source so maybe something is amiss that way? Just want to let you know.

The area around Staybridge Suites looks wonderful!! Nice work!
