Its my mistake, thank you for notice. It must be width=3.45. I accidentaly changed key instead of value. I will repair it.

nemapujte prosím plánované silnice jako highway=construction, construction=primary. Pro mapování plánovaných silnic použijte ighway=proposed, proposed=primary (popřípadě secondary, ...)
