Im Bereich Lorheidestadion und auf der anderen Seite des Radwegs wurde viel neu/umgebaut. U.a. eine unterführung unter dem Radweg, sowie eine neue Halle, eine neue Leichtathletikanlage. Außerdem wurden die Tribühnen am Lorheidestadion erweitert um ein neues Gebäude. Einen neuen Parkplatz gibt es jetzt auch
