Move man_made=bridge "Gurtelbrucke" starting from the pin (after U6 and Skywalk bridges) where the actual highway bridge way is starting.

Otherwise, should put layer=2 for U6 and pedestrian bridges, because they are actually higher.

Now they all have layer=1 and this is wrong in this place.
