I do not see any benefit of that. Any routing SW will navigate through path first. And the sidewalk tag is more useful for actually telling there *is* a sidewalk than to say there *is not*. i.e. it is more use ful to map thigs that exist :|

For the alt name:
in my opinion we can keep the "BO🦊" as they gave a 🦊 in their name.
Also putting few more keywortds in alt name helps in search. E.g. right now even a naive searching of "biere oleyre" will find this ;)
