It's the Mad River. Mud is sourced as being on USGS maps, but those only say "North Fork" and usually forks flow into rivers of the same name. The national map has a typo.

Removing two entites claiming to be a county park on land that is entirely Redwood NP, Hum. Lagoons SP, and 101 ROW. The county does own some land closer to Orick, but has no "Redwood Creek Beach County Park" anywhere.
