Unfortunately, your view is incorrect, at least as far as addresses are concerned. Just because a business no longer exists, the address still exists.

The name of the business is usually listed under old_name (or in the historical notation name:<from date>-<to date)).

Whether every little detail of the business still needs to be listed under disused: is really a matter of taste. And as part of the clean-up of the aforementioned errors, I decided to delete them (because they are data garbage).
