Nevertheless, the question remains as to why ref:NL:bgt is not being used. Are the ref:bgt to be renamed over time?

Ich liebe es bei Naturschutzgebiete aufzuräumen ( :) ). Und Du hast recht, zweimal der gleiche Wert geht nicht.

Aber ich habe mal nach geforscht: lfu könnte für das Landesamt für Umwelt stehen (es gibt neben ref:lfu auch eine Schreibweise ref:LfU).
Dann habe ich aber den Wert nach gesucht und bin auf https://data-naturerbe.nabu.de/schutzgebietssteckbriefe/Wumm-See_und_Twern-See.pdf gestoßen. Danach ist dies aus dem Umfeld Natura2000. Das bestätigt sich auch das BB-LfU mit dem Datenblatt https://lfu.brandenburg.de/daten/n/natura2000/sdb/ffh/2842_301.pdf.

Übrigens Aufräumen müsste man auch bei dem Them natura2000 (siehe https://taginfo.osm.org/search?q=natura2000)
