This grade crossing is marked as such, but the road (this small east-west stretch of "Promenade du vieux port") seems to have the data of a bridge, meaning it does not cause a grade crossing (visible by the rail line going under rather than across/over the road). In real life this is very much a normal grade crossing, in line with the rest of the grade crossings along this stretch of track in Vieux-Port.
