Does anybody know if this thing called "Der Nolp" (node/1387863239) really exists and what the name actually refers to?

It was originally mapped as a peak which doesn't seem to match with the elevation data there, so I changed it to a viewpoint (in changeset/46080100).

There are a couple of sources on the internet depicting the location: http://johanna.sgra.de/files/2013/06/145-Der-Nolp.jpg or http://tinyurl.com/js3vbp2, but it's hard to get an idea what the name really stands for.
