you can query Nominatim to get the country, region and city of a given coordinate pair (it's called "reverse geocoding", see osm.wiki/Nominatim#Reverse_Geocoding).

Hi. Just out of curiosity: why the addition of is_in tags? Isn't that tag generally discouraged (given that boundary polygons are already well mapped in the region)?

Hallo. Diese Änderungen verstehe ich nicht ganz. Wieso hast du hier ein neues Polygon für die Alm angelegt, wenn es schon relation/3205367 gibt? Auch fehlten dem Polygon weitere Tags, zusätzlich zum "name". (Und die Schreibweise "Saiser" mit ai ist wahrscheinlich nur ein Tippfehler, oder?)

PS: Wofür war denn die andere Linie, die du in changeset/41460790 hinzugefügt und hier gelöscht hast ursprünglich gedacht?

Why did you remove the non Italian names from tis place node: node/3658626298/history (see https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lavarone)?

Also, the removal of bilingual names in Valle della Fersina (e.g. node/3420327670/history) seems very problematic, as I can't find a discussion about this with the local community (e.g. in https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-it-trentino/). At least from my outside perspective the names should be bilingual (see wikipedia: *“La toponomastica locale è bilingue: presenta il nome della località prima in italiano, poi in mocheno. Tutto questo è regolamentato da una legge e da un regolamento provinciale che concretizzano lo Statuto di Autonomia delle Province Autonome di Trento e Bolzano che esprime la parte sulle minoranze linguistiche.”* https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pal%C3%B9_del_Fersina).

du hast hier die Oswaldpromenade sowie das Hotel Laurin und den gleichnamigen Parkplatz in Bozen gelöscht. Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass das ein Versehen war, rightig?

Ich habe die erwähnten gelöschten Objekte mittlerweile wiederhergestellt.
