I renamed the way from "Trenton Post Office" to "United States Post Office" for consistency with others (that's what it usually says on the building, but Bing StreetSide isn't available here). Feel free to switch it back, though.

I also used Bing StreetSide to locate where on US54 the speed limit changes.

I also switched "State Route H" to "State Highway H". The former is used by MoDOT, and the latter is used by state law. I think the latter is also more acceptable for USPS mail, but idk.

I tried to link to the maintenance agreement in the changeset source, but it looks like they give temporary links. So that link rotted quickly.

I tagged the new relation with network="US:MO:CityOfLiberty". Feel free to change that.
