This should inform routers that there's a roundabout here instead of successive slight turns. We might need to break up the link roads, though, so that routers must still logically enter the roundabout even for 90-degree turns.

The MO PP designation spans from MO 30 westward to Byrnes Mil Road.

TIGER called this "County Highway VV", and that name caused it to get ref="MO VV" even though VV isn't actually here.

Most SSRs in Missouri are improved versions of what used to be county roads, but it's a misnomer to call them county roads and highways.

I don't know how they created TIGER initially, but my guess is that 3 looks similar to B especially if they were hand-digitizing paper maps or something similar.

I know it's been a few years, but TIGER is wrong about the name of this road. It is not called "County Highway Vv". Technically, the road is a supplemental state route (SSR) designated as "VV". Missouri statutes use the format "State Highway *" for state routes, though, so the most canonical name in my opinion is "State Highway VV".
