I also added ref: to the stretch of road under I-70 here. Previously it was mapped using ref:forward and ref:backward, and I understand why, but data consumers want the route designation in the plain ref tag afaict.

This bumps into a semantic point about where specifically a route begins and ends. Route signs are great until they're not, and sometimes they're really not. The MoDOT Transportation Management Center opines that there's technically a concurrency between J and O under the overpass, though, which connects each supplemental route to the opposing interstate ramp, so that's what I'm going with.

I am open to suggestions here about the route termini, but I think a single coherent "ref" tag is still important in 2023/4.

I also added stop signs and the bridge deck with MoDOT reference code.

I also added footways on and near that overpass.

This also added a relation for Route H and tweaked the existing one for F, as they had a concurrency on said overpass.

85 and A connect near Evona, but they do not overlap. They both end abruptly.

I carried the secondary rating south to A's concurrency with Z.

Also, I worked along MO 6 a bit in Maysville (southern terminus of A).

The website calls it "The Dungeon-Titone Pro Gym", but the big sign on top visible from 141 says "The Dungeon [space] Titone's Pro Gym". So I combined the two to make "The Dungeon - Titone's Pro Gym".

This is the preferred legal form and mailing address form as I understand it, also.

I don't know when it opens if it hasn't yet.

Also touched an artificial tributary of Muddy Creek.

I removed the I-55 exit ramp link roads from the I-55BL relation. Generally ramps aren't considered part of the route (at least for MoDOT).

Lots of untouched-since-TIGER roads around here including state-maintained outer roads.

I also added three bridges and smoothed some nearby roads.

The short north-south road here is not part of either state highway, although it is a state maintained connector. Rather, both highway designations concurrently follow the east-west segment (parallel with E).
