There are a lot of inconsistent tertiary ways used all over the several kilometers arround.
Inconsistent and doesn't seem to be user and road having actually at higher classification/usage than residentials or unclassified

there must be a connection between the roads there but didn't found a good imagery

there must be a connection frond the tertiary just south and the roads just in the north. It's likely to pass on the east and west but I haven't found a good imagery to confirm this.
