Mais vaut voir sur place car ça pourrait être une orthographe alternative ou une erreur, dans tout les cas il faut prendre le nom sur place.

I came across that problem by a QA tool to detect intersecting buildings (maproulette), that's why I haven't related to the HOT task.

- Attention, "Café Suspendu" ne peut pas figurer dans le nom sauf si cela fait vraiment parti du nom du café.

- Est-ce le foyer de Kedge peut vraiment être considéré comme un café? osm.wiki/FR:Tag:amenity=cafe?uselang=fr

- le tag "note" sert pour mettre des informations aux autre contributeurs. Pour indiquer que l’établissement pratique le café suspendu, mieux vaut utiliser le tag "description"
