| 2822489 | Marking this "station" with such prominence is confusing! I can see there have been a lot of attempts to show "Mungo's Central Station" in a more helpful way but something that hasn't been mentioned is that (currently) in nearly every map layer it is displayed with more prominence than the surrounding feature's label (Drusilla's Park a theme park/zoo). The problem discussed in the version history is that it isn't a proper public transport train station, rather than the relative prominence but if the theme park name was more dominant than a theme park ride the set up should be much more obvious to the viewer even if the OSM "station" tag options don't quite fit this case. An additional confusing factor is that this "station" is much closer to Berwick, the nearest village, than the actual station named Berwick! Hopefully someone can find a tweak which helps clarify some of this. |
