Expand water, reduce woods, add bridge outline

Change name=* to Murden Creek, moving Woodward Creek to alt_name*, since the bridge is named Murden Creek Bridge. Tag more of it as a river. Add the Lushotseed name to all segments.

Tweak Sakai

Make the end of Grizdale Lane a circle, as the turning circle I'm replacing is rather lovely.

Move trees away from path a bit

Move boundary of Woodward and Sakai schools 1) away from the woods to the west, which have public trails on; 2) away from the cycleways to their east, which are used by the public (there is no sidewalk here).
