New Roundabout here, and Cross Tay Link Road is now open to East of here as far as the A93 (see other note I've placed).

Possibly mistagged road - way/134593341 ? If it's tertiary and has a highways ref, there would need to be a traffic order to prevent motor vehicles. If it's a service road, it presumably shouldn't have a ref and should be tagged highway=service and access=private.

*REVISIT DURING 2023*
Works currently underway here to realign the A9 50m to the West to fit in a new junction for the Cross Tay Link Road (New bridge over River Tay to meet A93 and a94 to the East)
