Ok spelling Error is Not the correct wording. I had changed this, because boat_hire was only 3x used and boat_rental is the documented Tag for Boat rentals.

Das hatte ich bisher noch nicht festgestellt, dass dies unterschiedlich gehandhabt wird.
Schade, dass so etwas grundsätzliches nicht einheitlich gehandhabt wird.

Du hast allen etlichen Wegen den highway=path zu highway=cycleway geändert. Laut Wiki soll aber bei vorhandenen Verkehrsschild DE:240 oder DE:241 der Weg als highway=path getaggt werden.

Du hast ein paar Ärzte eingetragen. Jedoch bei healthcare hast du ein "s" zu viel bei doctor. Doctors ist nur bei amenity richtig.
Healthcare = doctor muss es heißen.

Im Forum wurde mehrmals auf dieses tag hingewiesen. Das es ein Proposal gibt hatte ich nicht gesehen.
Ich habe mir auch jeden davon per Esri Sat Bild angeschaut, ob es nach einem Bauhof aussieht, damit ich nicht etwas anderes erwische.

This is correct. Amenity=doctors is the most accepted tag for healthcare Worldwide. But I don't want to change it from centre to doctor. Because the tag which I had changed was medical_centre. Therefore I used the healthcare tag.
If you want you can also add amenity doctors.

In this case I had deleted this tag, because it was double - healthcare is the accepted tag.
I think it is not helpful, to add a new or a own useless medical tag, when there is a accepted tag.
I will not remove more useless medical tags

No, this was not a mechanical edit. I had only change same never accepted tags and sometime misspell e.g. "amenity=Health Centre" changed to the accepted healthcare=centre
I know the wiki ist correct. Therefore I had changed this.
