hi mos_next_door, so I started redoing the levels but I haven't finished it yet. So muncipalities and community complexes should be tagged with admin_level = 6, communities and the mulcipality quarters as admin_level = 7, and then the muncipality boroughs as admin_level = 8. I just realised that i indeed put 7 instead of 8.

Hi vespex. The tagging is correct as the whole section has max speed of 80km/h so it cannot be classified as a full on motorway. Check the wiki for help with tagging.
