@Fizzie41 are you saying your simulation voice navigation prompts you to take the second exit?

Please have a look at the referred OsmAnd issue?
Specifically, please look at:

It explains why the voice navigation is prompting the driver coming from North to take the first exit. However, as the satellite screenshots show, the street layout/round about has been changed. To drive through the roundabout you have to take the second exit.

I can confirm, navigation prompt is working now correctly, advising to take the 2nd exit. Issues can be closed. Thanks, @Fizzie41, for the fix!
