Pretty close - you had an impossible one way route as part of the edit but I corrected that at the bridge over the Cascade River (needed to be one way).

The Huntingfield Master Plan is copyright so I hope you are not using that for tracing this road network. It doesnt appear on any imagery as yet.

Actually - I am not even sure you need the signals on the pedestrian crossing
highway=traffic_signals#Traffic_signals_for_pedestrians

I think pedestrian signals should not use traffic_signals=signals but traffic_signals=pedestrian_crossing as per traffic_signals=*

I noted this at the Davey/Elizabeth intersection

I have placed the unit numbers under the addr:unit key. Are there actually multiple units at each location (ie unit 1 seems to be missing at each site)?

No worries - Osmose has lots of 'warnings/errors' that are often false so just be careful when dealing with them.
