Are you sure these house numbers are correct? They dont seem to match the LIST address points?

I think this is incorrect - first its a shed so likely doesn't have an address, and secondly 101 would be on the opposite side of the road?

Out of curiosity are there any permanent indicators at the locations? man_made=survey_point

Cranston Parade is better classified as a "unclassified" than tertiary as it just leads to few businesses (albeit public). Tertiary roads are usually through roads and feeders to other areas, The tagging guidelines can be helpful for this - osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines/Roads
