For freecall numbers that work whilst overseas (ie 13 13 13) use +61 XX XX XX as per the wiki guidelines osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines/Australian_features . I have just updated a recent addition that you made to OSM (phone:AU=1300 752 175) – Cheers

Out of curiosity are there any permanent indicators at the locations? man_made=survey_point

Cranston Parade is better classified as a "unclassified" than tertiary as it just leads to few businesses (albeit public). Tertiary roads are usually through roads and feeders to other areas, The tagging guidelines can be helpful for this - osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines/Roads
