In OSM wird das kartiert was vor Ort sichtbar ist. Dort auf dem Schild stehen nachweislich die Begriffe "Waldkindergarten" und "Erzieherin". Des Weiteren ist der Zugang nicht eingeschränkt.

vor Ort hing am 13.03.2022 dieser Hinweis (ich habe ihn fotografiert): "Liebe Waldbesucher, der Tisch und die Holzstamm-Hocker gehören dem Waldkindergarten "Waldolino". Sie sind uns sehr wichtig. Bitte lassen Sie alles unbeschadet stehen. Die Kinder und Erzieherinnen".
Deshalb habe ich den Ort als Kindergarten kartiert.

du hast den Tag highway = emergency_access_point für das Rettungsschild KA-1434 gelöscht! DRK-Rettungsschilder dürfen nicht verändert werden, siehe: osm.wiki/Forstrettungsschilder_DRK_Karlsruhe. Bitte erfasse den Schaukasten als eigenes Objekt.

I also don't understand why the highway passing under a building is not assigned with level=-1? What is the difference to a highway of the type tunnel=*#tunnel.3Dbuilding_passage?

it was a conflict between highway=cycleway and foot=designated. I use the latest josm version.

The information under 'source' is from the previous changeset, correct is: Esri World Imagery (Clarity) Beta; Strava Heatmap.

für das Überprüfungsdatum für das Rettungsschild hast du last_checked verwendet. Der offizielle Tag hierfür ist check_date, siehe osm.wiki/DE:Key:check_date . Es wäre schön, wenn du das bei nächster Gelegenheit korrigieren könntest.
