HGV restriction?

Speed limits need survey here; we currently have 10mph east, 20mph west, but no there's signage at the start of Friary, so might even be 30mph in part.

"CHARLTON & CRIBBS - A4018 Cribbs Causeway Speed Reduction Scheme

The proposed scheme is to reduce the existing 50mph speed limit on the A4018 down to 40 mph. The new length of 40mph will join the existing 40mph speed limit at the Lysander Road roundabout to the existing 40mph speed limit at the Station Road / Wyck Beck Road roundabout."

Speed limits have changed from 30 mph to 20 mph for many roads in this area. Have updated what I've seen, but much more to check.
