Construction here. Looks like an upcoming expanded parking lot.

There is a new not-yet-open surface parking lot here with a one-way parking lane through it. I've mapped it approximately, but it has a bunch of details that will need aerial to map precisely. Also a new crossing on the West side and the existing East side U-turn has been "moved back".
