Marcos, esta linha de costa não segue o limite comum da maré. Há uma larga área por onde comumente circulam veículos que agora está inundada. Basta ver tanto na imagem do Bing quanto do Maxar. Por qual fonte você alterou? Favor mante como estava antes.

No problem, if the name was there before better keep it untill other possible source. I found other names at geonames.org, but that is not considered an approved source for OSM since it hasn't its sources tracked. Thank you

In OSM "residential" should fit to the limits of a cluster of houses.
If it is for an administrative area like a municipality, one should use
admin_level=*
and
boundary=administrative
Also many other areas similar by the coast.
Was that the case?
