What is your data source for this change to the Sugar Land border, and how is it more authoritative than data I obtained directly from the City of Sugar Land itself?

I can't imagine there being lights but no bells. Is a visual verification of hardware enough or would someone need to observe a train passing through to confirm?

In the future please double-check that you are adding the right address for the right business. The 33rd Avenue address would have been correct for the Columbus Inn in Columbus, Nebraska, but is completely wrong for the one in Columbus, Texas.

2. Road/street names are not abbreviated in OpenStreetMap i.e. the "Road" in "Longstreet Road" should be spelled out.

Please note that in OpenStreetMap road names are always spelled out e.g. "Berkeley Avenue" not "Berkeley Ave", "Gibralter Lane" not "Gibralter Ln" etc. Abbreviating and misspelling road names *does* cause problems with real world use of data, in particular OsmAnd will show the abbreviated/misspelled version as a different road.

It's definitely unsigned as I've driven through here many times and never seen signs with this ref. In fact, Harris County does not sign numbers on their county-maintained roads at all; everything has a name. I'll convert this to ref:unsigned.
