I was here at August 10, 2017. There wasnt the 49th Street bridge. The crossroads Griswold Road and Midway Boulevard with OH-57 was handled by traffic lights. And the connection between OH-57 and Interstate 90 was solved differently. I think, what is visible in OSM now is only proposal or under construction.
