Is it correct that this is a subtype of surface=paving_stones? I wonder whether it would be helpful for routing apps if these tags were converted to use the common paving_stones tag, maybe in combination with one of these subtags: surface=paving_stones#Subtags

surface=hard is a non-standard tag and somewhat unclear. Judging by the commit message on the latest changeset, can the surface be changed to asphalt?!
