Your transliteration was IVI but the official int_name is HBH according to their website node/2786684222 if somebody was looking for HBH (with latin characters) the search would give no results. I corrected the entire A8 according to the official data.

The wiki is already correctly documented that we use name and int_name. We have also discussed the necessity and agreed that we should use name:el IF there is another name:xx

I am currently verifying the validity of the name:xx I found. Either it's a fake name or an erroneous name, the result is the same : correction is needed.

I don't think forums can help much, I prefer discussing the name:xx in the respective changesets so that the authors can receive a notification and answer.

@ika-chan! if there is a wiki page saying that we "try to transcribe" I'd like to see it. If confirmed, I will add greek names to the churches of Italy and to the restaurants in Germany (like the Germans and Italians are doing in greece).
