"Gone for years"
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Update location name to Avala. Fairway Medical Surgical Hospital underwent a name change to Avala in 2018.

This has all changed. A new Cliff's Local Market has been built on this site and the car wash is gone.

Improper creek name. Correct name is "South Fork Indian Creek." I live at the ranch on Indian Creek.

Improper creek name. This is an unnamed dry irrigation ditch. The main fork of Indian Creek is properly placed and named on the map. I live at the end of the road on Indian Creek.
