I suspect the bus company probably have the stop name in their systems as the single "t" version so we should probably leave them like that... the deeper you dig into these things, the fuzzier it gets as to what's "right". There are some streets in the UK that are spelt one way at one end, another way at the other.

If it really is correct, should probably add a not:name= tag with the other spelling. Or if they're both acceptable an alt_name= with the other name.

Careful - you managed to remove the "residential highway" tag from Electric Avenue in this edit, turning it back into a generic "line" feature from OSM's point of view. I've fixed it though.
