Verify that the service road connects to both directions of 181st

Verify with survey that Tyler Drive connects to both E bound and W bound 181st Ave

From this point East until approximately Fillmore street this road has been divided based on observation. Do not remove the dividedness based on old aerial photos or street imagery. Only use imagery (none available 10/2021) that shows a concrete median.
