Pleas don't just blindly perform any of the 'upgraded tags' alerts in iD, these are definitely foot paths and not they generic highway=path. Also, what isolated highways did you actually fix here? it looks like you extended a road and a stream and that's it
If the 'tunnel' doesn't go underground please don't put it on layer -1. Instead just put the roof on layer 1
Is the changeset comment just a holdover from previous changesets? I don't see any TIGER roads being touched at all here
I'll also note that the main trail, which runs between two houses, is also present on Google Maps as the Snake Mountain Trail. Google does not use OSM data, so deleting features here will not affect the service with many more users. Reverted in changeset #131313112

If I'm understanding the tagging correctly, large chunks of the Norlina route have been abandoned for almost four decades. And the Norlina Subdivision Wikipedia states that the north section is not even owned by CSX anymore. Do the abandoned sections belong in a route relation?
Yeah definitely; I usually use lifecycles for disaster areas but just didn't here haha. I figured they were just abandoned construction. I suppose it's probably especially prudent to use them in hurricane-prone areas where it will be a problem again in a few months ...

That's a big wall

Reverted in changeset #130964000.

Hi brc22, and welcome to OpenStreetMap! While these trails are partially on private property, they are good data to include in OSM since they do exist on the ground. Portions of the trails are also on Elk Knob State Park and NC WRC lands. The way they were tagged indicated they were private trails, and very strenuous hiking. This discourages people from trying to trespass and tells software not to route people there. I have reverted these changes in changeset #130964000. Let me know if you have any questions!

Sounds good, for now I'll just align to existing good data. I checked on the Strava discussions out of curiosity and it seems they've pretty much stalled over the last couple years even though we seem to have permission.
Hey InsertUser, what are you aligning to generally? I was going to work the buildings on Andros Is. but the data doesn't match any imagery well
Well I'm not insisting on anything, it's a community project. But incompleteness does not ask for deletion, only that the rest be mapped. Which it seems like you are doing in other areas, I just don't see why we need to delete properly mapped things
Why are you deleting features that exist? You removed a whole bunch of power features, including half of way/816606775 which definitely hasn't gone anywhere
Is the construction actually completed? You changed it to complete a month ago and it was changed back by @TheConductor
That works fine for me, was just wondering if there was a different criteria you were following
Well no but some of the large ones like node/10036278900 seem like they would qualify for me
Is there a reason you use pole instead of tower on the high voltage lines?
Is this an actual protected area, or just an area where protected plants occur? Also why is it part of Lenoir town boundary?
is this verifiable in any sense? Of note is that the language seems to have <1000 possible users worldwide.
