What are these four, round things, anything worth mapping?

From 1st of November until 31st of March the opening hours are "by appointment", not quite sure how to best record that.

Speed limit on the bridge reportedly reduced to 50, survey to confirm / verify the extents needed.

Are these two rows Mašīnbūve or Centība?

This has been changed from allotments to residential and excluded from the named allotment territory.
Would be great to preserve the full original allotment territory with the name, though, as that is both useful in general and something users would expect when looking at a map.
Not sure how to best do it, though.

This was previously included in the named allotment territory, is excluded now.
One problem is that preserving the named territory is useful on its own (for example, this could affect neighbouring property assssments etc).
The other - there seems to be a small building there, and from the imagery it's not clear whether the plants there might be orchard + some berry bushes or not - it might be worth including this in the allotment area unless/until survey would show it absolutely not being one (but then we're back to problem one).
