In this changeset, way/910683506/history was added as highway=residential.
Given that it is marked as private (can be seen in Mapillary images), I've changed it to highway=service and access=private.

Hi, thank you for the recent map improvements in Latvia (which also includes at least Bolt002, 009 and 010).
In osm.wiki/Organised_Editing/Activites/Bolt , it is stated that "We are constantly in contact with the local community through the local talk list", but there does not seem to be any recent communication on this in the talk-lv mailing list.

Is there some thread I have missed there?

Heya, usually I start with LĢIA ortophoto (recently also added in iD index, https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-lv/2021-January/006198.html ), and compare with Maxar layers (usually more recent imagery but needs manual alignment), sometimes also with the LIDAR surface model, available at https://www.lvmgeo.lv/dati .

Unfortunately, there are several issues with this changeset.
a) This is an undiscussed mass edit.
b) This breaks data by incorrectly changing amenity=pharmacy into amenity=veterinary. I have reverted this changeset.

While we value all contributions to OSM, could you please pause any mass edits and go over https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines ?

Hi there, thank you for the map improvements.
I traced a few buildings and a parking lot in this area, as well as moved your office to where I believe it belongs (the building, not the parking lot). Please let me know if I got the building wrong.
Additionally, I removed the description of the node, as it was more like an advertisement - in OpenStreetMap, such information is not collected. Verifiable, objective information is collected - and your office is now mapped, which is great :)

Thank you again for the improvements, and please feel free to expand from this, if mapping seems interesting enough.

A user is reporting that the footway way/243471032 does not exist.
If you have recent on-the-ground knowledge that it actually still exists, I'll remove it next week.

Neat, that makes sense (and the fence would be great to keep in the map). Thank you for the attention to detail.
BTW, various places could be photographed with the Mapillary application, then a link to the image would clarify things immediately.

If some segments can be drawn reasonably accurately, no need to delete them - incomplete data is still better than nothing.
