I would say there are definitely courtyards in the northern part of the hospital building. Are you sure that there aren't any?

habe die Wege stattdessen mit "indoor=yes" gekennzeichnet. So wird's auch in der Doku empfohlen (osm.wiki/DE:Tag:tunnel=building%20passage?uselang=de#:~:text=highway%3D*%20%2B%20indoor%3Dyes%20verwendet%20werden).

You haven't made a mistake at all. Some people are trying to check changesets in their vicinity with help of the not very powerful "History" button on osm.org. Changesets like yours, which cover a large area, tend to be a bit distracting in this endeavour. But not a big deal in my opinion. @Jonas Sch, maybe you can try this tool to check changesets in your area of interest: https://rene78.github.io/latest-changes

the race track is actually already in the map (as relation - relation/148194). Since most of the race track is on public roads it is not necessary to add a separate line to the map.
