iD uses background imagery from bing by default. It is not allowed, to retrieve data from Google Earth. For large parts of Harare, you will get more recent imagery, if you switch to mapbox. Just hit the background layer button.
Your edit will be shown on the map if you draw a closed way arround this area. Add the following attributes to this object:
name=Golden Quarry Dumpsite
landuse=landfill

meiner Meinung nach sind ein großer Teil deiner Abbiegeverbote überflüssig. "no_u_turn" mit "from" und "to" zum selben Weg und Abbiegeverbote zu Einbahnstraßen hin sollten nicht eingetragen werden.

meiner Meinung nach sollte ein Wohngebiet die Fläche eines gesamten Dorfes oder Weilers repräsentieren. Wenn es nur um einzelne verstreute Behausungen geht ist es sinnvoller die Gebäude einzeln mit building=yes zu erfassen.
