Ich habe gerade schon mal ein paar Sachen aufgetrennt.

Hier mal ein paar Beispiele die ich problematisch finde:

Das muss kein Multipolygon sein, Es ist mit mehreren Straßen vernäht. Wenn sich an den Straßen Änderungen ergeben hat man einen erheblichen Mehraufwand, Falls die Fläche versehendlich verschoben wird, beeinträchtigt das auch die verbundenen Straßen.

Zaun und Weg deckungsgleich geht eigentlich nicht.

access=yes statt vorher access=destination. Hier würde ich den access tag eher löschen.

du baust hier gerade ein totales Flächenchaos. Das wird in Zukunft nicht mehr bearbeitbar sein. Und bitte nicht alle Objekte mit überflüssigen tags auffüllen.

It is only openstreetmap. Most of the borders here based on rough datasets and guesswork.
Simply move the nodes to a more correct position.

osm.wiki/DE:Names
"Brücke außer Betrieb","Mühlgraben außer Betrieb","Überlauf Mühlgraben" ist mehr Bescheribung als Name. Deshalb bitte wieder entfernen. Eine Hälfte der Brücke ist nun als Fußweg getagt, die andere Hälfte als Radweg. Am besten wäre es die beiden Teile wieder mit dem richtigen Eigenschaften zusammen zu bauen. Such mal im Wiki nach construction und access.
Der Dillradweg ist schon als Relation vorhanden. Einzelne Teilstücke sollten deswegen nicht zusätzlich benannt werden.

Regarding Tomtom mapping:
Sharp angles, unnecessary streets, street layout does not look logical, looks ugly, residential streets could also be paths or tracks (bing) Please check considerations at osm.wiki/WikiProject_Zambia
Please only tag a street as a "residential" if the land use is also clearly residential. Unclassified streets and residential streets should look official somehow. A street that is only visible in one image layer may disappear again.

there are still problems with leftover and copied lane and maxspeed tags.
You could activate the "Lane and road attributes" paintstyle.
