I think this is not a boathouse but rather houseboat. Boathouse stores boats. Houseboat is a boat that is repurposed as floating home or some other kind of facility as the boat is moored permanently.

It would be good to mark this Western bypass (road 20125) as highway-secondary, even if it doesn't abide by some principles. Marking a bypass as lesser than the road that goes therough the town center is counter intuitive.
