Please could an expert investigate. It appears there are problems with (multi-)polygons right around Isle of Wight. Some GPS devices render large areas of the Island as water, especially at certain scales. The same problem is not present for the mainland to the north of Solent, ie it only exists on IoW.
It has been suggested that some multi-polygons may be broken, interrupted, corrupt, or other.

There is now a fourth arm on the west side of this roundabout. Goes into new housing development.

Concrete blocks have been placed here, preventing passage of vehicles, though bikes and pedestrians can pass.
Does anyone know:-
(a) why this has been done (we were able to drive a car up to this point from the lake).
(b) is the obstruction intended to be permanent?
FWIW, a temporary sign at the fontanella at 41.726040, 12.707250 says the road is closed due to a landslide. We encountered (16/4/18) no evidence of blockage due to landslide.

Is this waterway actually navigable at this point? I seem to remember it is not.

Please locate the weir on this stream and mark it. Alternatively, as a stop-gap solution, please just show it as boats=no.

This bridge was still closed by a gate when I tried to cross it in 2016. Is it really now open, and can you cycle or walk to Forte Bazzera?
